Welcome to Anne’s Place for Hair. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online booking system, and all services provided at our salon located in Finksburg, MD. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services and Pricing

Estimated prices for our services are available on the Services & Pricing page on our website. Actual prices may vary based on hair length, complexity of the request, technique, products used, or other factors beyond our control. We will discuss the final price with you before beginning any service.

A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for appointments with an estimated value of $50 or more.

There is no charge or held amount when you book your appointment. The amount shown as “balance due” at the time of booking is simply an estimated service cost for reference only.

2. Appointments and No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show or if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your card on file will be charged a no-show fee of up to 50% of the estimated cost of the service (with average gratuity included).

We appreciate timely arrivals. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Full payment is due at the conclusion of your service.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and gift cards.

  • Deposits or prepayments may be required for select services.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed services. Adjustments may be considered for unsatisfactory work if brought to our attention immediately.

4. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service begins. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm or if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

5. Conduct

We strive to provide a welcoming and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who is disruptive, disrespectful, or behaves inappropriately toward staff or other clients.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They do not expire and may be used toward services and retail products.

7. Liability

Anne’s Place for Hair is not liable for any allergic reactions, damage to personal belongings, or loss of hair/extensions resulting from services performed according to your instructions. We are not responsible for items left in the salon.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
