No-Show and Cancellation Policy.

To help us respect the time of our stylists and other clients, the following policy applies:

Estimated prices for our services can be found on the Services & Pricing page on our website.

Please note that actual prices may vary due to hair length, complexity of client requests, or other factors out of the salon’s control.

A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for most appointments with an estimated value of $50 or more.

There is no charge or held amount when you book your appointment. The amount shown as “balance due” at the time of booking is simply an estimated service cost for reference only.

In the event of a no-show or if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your card on file will be charged a no-show fee of up to 50% of the estimated cost of the service (with average gratuity included).
